Men are too emotional to be President

Hi all,
I'm serving Notice period and last date shall be 13th May 2022. Can someone help me understand if the bands and compensation isn't release by that date, will that be adjusted in full and final settlement?? If so, what about the components, which all shall be credited in that FFS?
Thanks in advance.

I think you should pay for your share of the costs, it was your choice to leave town, if they decline your money that is one thing but I don’t think you should go out of your way to ask to not pay. That’s not cool.
Agreed. You chose to leave. You should pay. That was the expectation when you moved in.

FYI there is also a fixed basic component to electric bills & probably water as well (my building picks up the water so I am not sure) so your logic is faulty to begin with. Don’t be cheap.
^this. Usage is only one (and usually a small) component of a utility bill.
Unless your roommate has someone else living with them then you should split half. Your roommate counts on splitting bills with you otherwise they’d probably get an apartment for themselves. If they’ve brought in their SO to stay with them then suggest splitting it three ways.

Seriously ?
The WiFi (router) uses the electricity. In all seriousness, I can see both sides, but you should probably just pay it.
Don’t be a cheapo. You probably agreed to pay for it when you started and it was your decision to leave the apartment. It’s unfair to assume your roommates should pick up the unexpected tab.
I haven’t been in my apartment since March ( I live alone) There’s still a monthly bill coming in with the fixed minimum service charge.
If there is a fixed component you should pay. If totally variable you should explain that you shouldn't

It’s not really fair to them if you don’t pay. There is a base, fixed amount, typically, for electric and water, and then additional charges based on usage.
I’ll take a middle stance and say that it wouldn’t be unreasonable for you to ask for a discount, since you’re not using any water nor electric. But I don’t think it’s fair for you to expect to pay nothing. When you signed this lease, surely there was an expectation that utilities costs would be split multiple ways. Also, you made the choice to leave your apartment and go somewhere else; you want your roommates to literally PAY for your decision?
If you bring this up to them and suggest that you shouldn’t pay, don’t be surprised if your roommates start saying that they deserve discounts if they are away from the apartment for vacations, work trips, etc.
