Did anyone appear for interview for SAP Analyst/Consultant role recently at deloitte? If yes, how was the experience and if selected, how many days did they take to inform after interview.. I was interviewed on Saturday with 2 rounds, technical and managerial. And both were good but I have not received any update from them yet...Deloitte Deloitte USI

How were you informed of the offer? Did you have to schedule time with the lead before a written or verbal offer?

She immediately called me one day after! I was expecting a five day wait but she knew I had other competing offers.
So I'm in the opposite boat as you, I'm going from corporate to a start up. So far from the interview process, I was amazed at how quickly they got back to me after each interview, I'm talking 2 hrs vs 2 weeks with corporate. I was like wow, I'm not used to this kind of attention, lol. Things in corporate move slow, very process-oriented & not as laid back. Corporate has perks like company cars, pensions, as I said processes which can be good as in you don't have to figure things out but not good if you like to do things differently.
What can you share about start-ups? Im joining a Series-E start-up.
