Booz Allen Hamilton rescinded my offer because my current firm will not waive the non-compete clause in our employee agreement. It was allegedly a capability hire, and not tied to a particular project.
I work one level above entry level, and really shouldn’t even have such a restrictive non-compete.
I’ve already resigned, and would prefer to be unemployed rather than continue working here.

From what I’ve read, I’m a bit confused as well. So Grey Health Group (GHG) was once part of Grey but GHG got folded into Wunderman Thompson and created Wunderman Thompson Health. Grey Group already had some consumer health business but I think they’re building up their “health and wellness” division under the “Grey Group” name. Does this make sense?
Actual grey didn’t acknowledge ghg. When we changed to grey health they came upstairs and told us to take down grey off the wall where our logo was.
Mostly it’s run by the fact that healthcare and specifically Eli Lilly make up a huge amount of revenue for GreyNY. And everybody still thinks that GHG is part of grey. They haven’t been for over a decade. Now GHG is no more, blended into wunderman. But nothing has really changed at Grey, other than some promotions and new hires.
SVP got it right! Ding ding ding!
Anyone else care to shed some light?
Adweek Article and Greys promo (linked from the article) seem to support what they heard, though the article could be more clear. Anyone with details/clarity would be much appreciated...
Yes, WPP did that across the board. There are no longer stand alone hcp agencies. They’ve been merged with the consumer and experience agencies so there are less brands/richer offerings. Some people love it, some not. Wunderman Thompson, VMLY&R and Ogilvy are the big three and all now do non-health, consumer health (DTC), payer, hcp promo and med ed under those three entities
I don’t think that’s right. Consumer biz under a group at grey but the former ghg and other units already folded into other brands like jwt or wunderman stay there
Wow
