I just learned a sister in Christ of my women group is going through a divorce and this triggered me to go into my own emotional spiral. I suddenly have this anxiety and fear of my own relationship. It was like a slap of reality that this can happen to anyone. No one is an exception because we live in a fallen world after all. While I understand that, I can’t shake this fear off. I start to think of all these possible scenarios that may happen to me. How do I navigate out of this mindset?

HELP! 30+ years of teaching Sped and I’m at a loss. 6th grade student in Middle School with Doose syndrome. Prior to MS, the elementary said he never caused problems. Since the 1st day, he is disruptive in class, refuses to work, and is disrespectful. He has a one-on-one para but she is in tears most days because of his behavior. Parents agreed with a behavior plan - he thinks it’s a game. Parents say he is not allowed to be this way at home.
