Can anyone please explain the promotion process followed here and specially at LCCI? If there's any minimum criteria like X no of years in a particular level, etc. followed while checking eligibility of an employee?
And also - what's the hike/increment range usually at the time of promotion?

My take is that a negative performance review can feel very personal, especially when it’s the first one you’ve received. But the way we receive feedback often determines what we do with it.
Leadership starts with leading ourselves first. Use it as data, not a definition of who you are. The best leaders are the ones who can take feedback, grow, and move forward.
Where is the negative? This is great constructive feedback and you were showed your gaps to stay on track for a promotion. If a boss doesn't care about you they wouldn't share that information or give you that feedback.
Take time to digest the feedback and ask for clarification in a future meeting with your boss if you need to talk it out more. You were given a road map of what to improve on, shake it off and start deep diving into these subjects.
