Hi Google - I am requesting guidance!
I am prepping for my interview specifically GCA and open ended questions. I struggle to tell if the outcome should be talking through your process/steps (maybe for a question like - how would you go about determining program complexity) vs a specific solution such as create x new product, for x market by x date based on my assumptions. Is the desired outcome something I can clarify with the interviewer?

I recently applied to the Content Designer, 2023 Graduate remote role at Atlassian and I'd appreciate it if I could get a referral.
Here are some details to aid in your decision-making:
- Last summer, I worked at Google as a UX Content Design Intern.
- I am currently in a grad program at
NYU and will graduate in Spring 2023.
- Before graduate school, I spent 3+ years as a Copywriter in Advertising.
I'd really appreciate any recommendation I can get at this time.

I have members of my team that are heavily tattooed and most people don’t have a clue. They usually just wear long sleeves and pants when around clients. If it’s internal, then who cares they just dress like everyone else in those situations - business causal.
Dress for your day, dress for your client. I have friends and coworkers that have full sleeves and wear polos in the office, full suit and button down at the client site.
Long sleeves with collars and you’ll be fine, at least until you demonstrate value and then nobody cares. One of my best friend does Tech consulting at EY and is inked up, he just hides them. Most time you have camera off on calls so should not be a big deal
Hey, can you post in another bowl? Do you have access to the EY bowl or consulting bowls? That's where you will get the responses.
My take is EY LOVES skin deep diversity and you will be fast tracked for leadership. They may be crushed if you don't also fill some of their other diversity buckets.
So show whatever you want to show. Start off biz casual but you should be able to wear what anyone else wears to the office (noting, I often regret the latitude some people think exists in the biz casual universe)
I think as long as it’s not visible you’ll be fine. But that’ll mean long-sleeved, collared shirts every day… even in summer.
Hopefully someone from @EY will see this and can provide some insight because I have no idea
