Hello all,
Would like to know specifically about Queer inclusion at SocGen Societe Generale. What is the attitude of mangers and HRs towards treating LGBTQ identifying candidates? Is company really inclusive or it’s just a lip service? Considering an offer with the company but being an out and proud Queer woman, super anxious and concerned.

Hi Fishes
I would like to know about the client interviews (especially in data science or machine learning roles).
Are these interviews tough?
Are these interviews meant to assess technical knowledge? For example, what is binomial distribution, what are different data structures in python, ml algorithms etc.
I would request each of the nagarrians to share their thoughts irrespective of the technologies you are working.
I am thankful to you for taking time and helping me out.

It’s amazing. I’m much more efficient use of space, and you’re not stuck with a crazy long line at one person‘s restroom with no one at the other.
For those of you who haven’t been there, the individual stalls have doors that close completely and go floor to ceiling. They are totally private. The sink area is shared. And can’t we all just wash our hands together? It’s a great clean space and my kids think it’s awesome that they can go in with mom and dad. For sure makes it easier for us wrangling a family as well.
Yes the floor to ceiling doors are the real winners! I agree, open hand washing space is fine as long as I have a place to use the bathroom or change clothes or whatnot without having to think about other people around me.
Seattle thinks it’s at the forefront of change for the future, but it’s really the future of degeneracy.
They may not be brand new, but I wouldn't say they're widespread, so people may be seeing them for the first time. The first one I saw/used was at the Asian Art Museum last December. It did feel weird the first time I used one, but simply because it was something out of the norm. I didn't feel uncomfortable (female here). What I appreciated most was that there were no gaps between the doors. Why don't they do this in all restrooms, all gender or not???
This is normal in Europe. Much more efficient use of space and time.
Why on earth do people care? Those are my thoughts. As long as it’s a private stall I couldn’t care less what gender my neighbors are.
Ok that is disgusting. I’ve never seen that before
XX and XY.
The concept of a bathroom did not exist for most of humanity 200 years ago.
There are WAY more important issues in Seattle eg this week why was an 80 yo and her dog carjacked / murdered by a lifelong felon?
I’ve only seen the private all gender restrooms, planes are all gender too. My work has all gender private restrooms. I like the private version. Public everyone shares it’s mostly negative for kids and women, so not really my fight. Same with sports. Why women would want to compete in men’s sports I have no idea. Men competing in women’s sports is like a cheat code. They hold 50% of the population so it’s their fight. I’ve got more important things to think about like out maneuvering the government printing the dollar into toilet paper value.
Men wanting to compete in women’s sports. I have not heard of that.
Just so people are informed, a disturbing reality is the high schools in my district have gender neutral bathrooms and the stalls are NOT floor to ceiling. I know many girls ( there are likely some boys who feel the same) that refuse to use the bathrooms at school which of course is unhealthy, unsafe and simply wrong.
And the root cause of these assaults was what exactly? Maybe my kids did not have these problems because they had gender neutral bathrooms.
Like the family restrooms?? Since when has that been an issue
I don’t have an issue so long as people keep the stalls clean. Let’s not act like animals, people.
I prefer male/female bathrooms unless it is just a one person bathroom with a lock. As a female if there is more than one stall I persoanlly feel safer if they are gendered. That might be wrong to say but it just feels safer to me and I am allowed to feel that way.
Out of curiosity why would it feel unsafe? Have you ever had someone try to enter a stall while you were inside? I’m a woman who is genuinely curious why people would feel this way; not saying it’s wrong.
This is the norm most office buildings in Europe. Why are people so weird in America?
It is not? We’re talking about a bathroom with stalls not a private room
I have used an all gender restroom dozens of times and I have never had an issue. I have noticed that guys more often than you might think forget to lock the stall door and act all shocked when someone opens the stall door. But besides some issues with common sense bathroom etiquette I have not had any issues.
