I'm ex Navy (6 years)and I wanted to offer my support. It sounds like you're really suffering. I think an outside VA therapist from Better Help that you choose would be helpful in this situation. You need somebody who gets you and hopefully give you some coverage over the rough patches. Just don't give in to despair and depression please. I hope your struggles ease soon.
There is hope. There is always hope! Remember, tomorrow is a new day with new beginnings.
What's going on? I've been there. I'm here.
UPDATE: quit the job, found a new place to live, started work doing humanitarian missions, and quit drinking liquor. The VA has rated me 100% and im working on expressing my self doubt instead of keeping it in. I'm doing it guys, im making progress.

I'm really sorry to hear that you're going through such a challenging time. It's understandable that you're feeling exhausted and overwhelmed. While I'm not a therapist, you do have options like professional help from your work or local community, support groups, loved ones, alternative therapies, self-care, etc. Remember that there is always hope, and with the right support, you can work towards finding peace and healing. Don't hesitate to seek professional help as soon as possible, as it can make a significant difference in your life. All the best!
