I work with small business retirement plans and the profitability of different companies is amazing to me.
I have a small dog food company and a local flower shop, each with 2 owners, who max out their 401k every year for both owners, plus 25% profit share.
Who knew there was that much money there?

Yes but it takes a lot of clients like that to even survive in this business.

Dog food couple has $2mm with me and she's 35. In the Midwest it doesn't take many of those to keep the lights on... and finding business has been easy around here because everyone else pitches a one- size- fits all solution of full 401 or SEP. Nobody here doing SIMPLE or Solo-k.
Found a full 401 for a company with 8 employees.
Found a full 401 where they failed testing every year. Showed them a safe harbor.
Found a landscaping company with no employees that bought new equipment every year for tax write off with no retirement plan.

My father took a home loan, and the same home is kept as mortgage.
I'm paying arround 22k emi for the same but unable to exempt tax as the loan is on my father's name.

I googled a lot how to transfer it but neither gift deed nor sale deed would work as the property is on mortgage that's under bank's ownership (until loan is fulfilled).
Tax is also getting deducted, I'm paying hefty emis.
What can I do?
Please advise 🙂
