Has anyone ever done aggression training for their dog? Met with a trainer who basically wants us to either keep our dog crated or on a leash at all times and said no pets or play time for now. I had my hydrosonogram, trial embryo transfer, and an overall check of my uterus. Due to my muscle thickness, they're recommending with my next pregnancy to have another c-section. Hi new here. Idk what my value is and if I’m getting paid an amount that reflects my hard work. I am a paralegal for a small law firm (family and immigration) w only 1 attorney. I have about 20 files or more in my rotation at a time. I work on various types of cases at once. Some are simple, others are extensive. I feel like it’s very unstructured and one of the managers micromanages. It’s like every man for himself. Take home pay is $50k. I am working on my bachelors deg. Do I get paid enough?

How do firms calculate how much parental leave to provide, either paid or unpaid. Or do they just pick a number, like “yeah they can get to know their kid in a few weeks and I couldn’t possibly have that attorney out for 12 weeks?” I’m at a small firm, no FMLA or state requirement.
