Bristol Myers Squibb. My boss is very noticeably corrupt. She picks her favorites and gives them opportunities she wouldn’t give anyone else, and lets them get away with anything. she picks some who she doesn’t like and makes up lies about them. Give them horrible reviews when they’re great workers. Punishes them for things that are lies or out of their control. She’s been anonymously reported to HR several times by multiple people and nothing has come of it. What can be done?Bristol Myers Squibb

It won’t hurt to start the conversation now. Judging by how much people are posting about job hunting for months, it might be good to be proactive.

My last position was a contract role. I didn't sign a contract but was hired as temp to perm employee. They very rarely hired anyone as a permanent employee. I would definitely inquire about the possibility of either extending your contract or being hired as a permanent employee. You are fortunate that you are receiving benefits although every company is different. I also formally worked for a company where the only benefit that I received was health insurance,
It would also be a good idea to update your resume and see what is available even if it is another contract role. If you are working with an employment agency they should be able to assist you in finding another role. It is impossible to work in any company where you get no PTO.
My benefits are through the agency. If I was permanent the company (not the agency) would give me PTO. It's due to my temp status.
