I get you. 100%. I smoked the first few foggy months after l quit drinking. Eventually, I picked up a white chip, started worked the program and realized I didn't want to return to burning. The difference-maker was the direction I'd chosen. Someone outside of program told me, "When you are free from craving, you the. have choice." And that stuck with me. So I set out to be all-natural as possible. You now have a choice to make. You can move toward being happy, joyous and free. Or you can stay in that same old insanity. I can only speak for me, but I didn't sign up for that when I quit drinking. And I hope you won't either. Let me know if I can help.
Look up Naltrexone and use it through the Sinclair Method. (It's a medicine that actually works). There is a documentary called One Little Pill (you can find it on Amazon Prime Video) watch it, it's legit and it works!
