I’m currently a supervisor almost manager with 2 years in FS audit and then 3 years in CP/industrials. I’m speaking to recruiter and shes puting me up for a lot of Financial type accounting jobs, like managing company accountant at financial firms. She said you make more money this route then being an accountant at a CP company. I haven’t done FS accounting stuff since 1st and 2nd year. Has anyone done this? Do you like it?

Hi Fishes, I'm in a huge dilemma now. Im currently working with TCS and my CCTC is 10.29 LPA and I hold 2 offers, one with with Bank of America for 17.5 LPA Fixed and with CTS for 19 LPA.
My last date is Dec-30 and I received a call today from TCS HR for retaining me for 16 LPA max.
Earlier,before the call I had Bank of america in mind ahead of CTS for its work culture ,hike %, job security and other benefits. But here in TCS also I have very good role, job security and comfort.Please suggest!!
