I'm European based in London. I'm constantly being joked about being foreigner (Brits joking about us non Brits working in the UK) jokes about my accent etc.

It makes me feel uncomfortable and no matter how much I address this politely, it's still being done.

I try not to let it get to me but sometimes it's hard, it's in the workplace.

Any advice on how to approach this? Hr is not an option, we don't have an HR department

I've been almost 3 years in my previous company and never have I ever tasted any raise from them. I got transferred to different accounts and LOB it was so exhausting and finally when I decided to leave and send my resignation my Supervisor be like "you know you should be thankful of your job" To be honest the job was very stressful and supervisor at some point is somehow toxic but thankful I get to take my leave.
