I'm needing to do a comparison of the size of my company's HR department (all areas, including Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, etc.) to other companies, so I'd love it if I could get these three data points from as many people as possible:

1. Head count of HR Dept
2. Total number of employees in the company (ballpark is OK)
3. Revenue for 2024 (ballpark is OK)

That way, I can get both a head count ratio and a "HR employees to revenue" ratio.

Massive thanks in advance!!

Morning all. I am looking for a favour/solid advice. I've been in the interview process for a dream role over the past month or so and just found out I didn't get the job after final round 🙃.

Unfortunately this isn't the first time this has happened during the past year searching. Looking for a SC level role within healthcare/public sector consulting firm. I know the job scene is a bit miserable currently but if anyone in the bowl is aware of a role I would love to have a chat.

Thanks all

I am a traditional reservist so I never really used military benefits before, but could use advice here.

I am currently renting and my lease is not up until October 2021, however I found a good deal on a home and scheduled to close in June 2021.

My landlord will not work with me to end the lease early, so it looks like I will have to double up on rent and mortgage through the summer.

If I went on active duty orders, can I use those orders to break my lease early without penalty?
