Out of curiosity - how did you save 50L?

Which builder?

You can explorer areas like undri chowk , pisoli, handewadi , hadapsar handewadi road. you can easily get 2 bhk under 40 to 50 lakh with 700+ carpet area with 6 to 11 months position this area is developing now.I already bought two 1bhk which costed me 25 lakh each in 2019 now by this year end I'm planning to buy 2 bhk.
You can do 30 lakh DP and rest loan. And invest rest balance salary for MF

When do you know you've toured enough houses and should pick one from the list you've got? I've seen probably 15-20 homes, and put in one offer. How many homes should you tour minimum, and how many offers did you put in before you closed? I don't want to be too hasty and choose something just because, but I also think continuing to see homes isn't really making my decision any easier. Thanks!

Hello everyone, need a help from you.

Previously my HRA amount was 96000 per annum so I was submitting a rental agreement of full hra without giving pan card details of myself and first party.

Now I have recently joined a new company and here hra is 2.7LPA.

How can I claim the full hra amount? I live in a rented house where agreement is between owner and my dad. Also owner will not accept for a fake agreement too.

Any other alternative do I have to claim HRA? Your inputs are welcome here
