I’m thinking of starting my own firm and focusing on software contracts for smaller sized companies that don’t have in house counsel. I was wondering what kind of hourly rates I could charge for that one of work? Is there anyway to get a sense of what market rate is? I only have 4 years experience so I would not be looking to charge over 300 per hour. In face the goal is to charge less than that.
