Hi Fishes, What kind of work is envolved in ReactJS projects in Nagarro? Is it maintenance or Development From Scratch work. Also is it possible for a UI Developer in Nagarro to take up backend development work along with UI? I am currently working as a full stack Python developer and Got an offer in Nagarro as ReactJS Developer. I would also like to contribute in Backend Development as well. Last Ques 😅 - Mid-Product Organization vs Nagarro, Which one shall I choose for UI Dev role? TIA

So- we run Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO) for our clients display ads in a feed and corresponding google sheet via Google DoubleClick. My q is- does anyone know what systems out there allow for creating a template that will automatically pull a product image from say Target.com and automatically building the ad & copy without manually making 1000 ads via row for row in the google sheet? I know this is possible but curious if Sizmek or Flashtalking are more common in this type of creative development.

I keep trying to recruit at non targets. Nice, cheap, grateful! Can't beat that for quality talent.
Your most important consideration should be succeeding. I assure you that when I (as a managing partner) see MBA I want that person to prove why their MBA won’t guide their behavior not that it will. MBAs by definition need a stable income to pay loans and in most cases they all excel at advice and talk talk talk. I look for (in this order, as do my c-suite clients) hunger and drive, intelligence, curiosity, a desire to create the new and break existing models and then where you happened to be educated (which was mostly studying old case studies). Network cannot be underrated for a great school or MBA but that old golf course approach will die quickly in today’s environment that we and our clients face. Work hard, be smart, be assertive, you will rise. Period.
@D1. Non-target school here trying to move to big 4. Would love some insight as to what helps get candidates over the edge.
🙋🏼♀️
Non target, paid off all debt, but I haven’t heard anything about people talking down about my school.
It was much harder to navigate into consulting / strategy, but I think that’s more to do with companies managing recruiting costs.
With <1% of applicants getting in (0.01% for D, just ask them) the easiest way to narrow the search is with brand and the GPA/GMAT.
Regardless, we all managed to overcoming it. 👍🏼
Hold on - how’d you get a full MBA SC salary spot with an online MBA? Or the referral? And which firm?
Non-target undergrad, almost full ride and graduated in 3 years, firm paid for MBA (GSAP) at target school, 1 rating every single year at the firm. If you hustle hard, anything is possible!
Oh I’m sorry i thought we meant undergrad LOL. I’m a SM with no MBA ergo no debt
Went to a target school and I can confirm it doesn’t matter once you start working. I went to a school on that list and can’t remember the last time it even came up. The rare time someone ask, I just say I went to school in NY. I’m much more proud of my work accomplishments than where I got my diploma from.
I don’t even have an MBA, and not from target school either. I had 10k student loan when I finish my school
I think it's great for people at non-targets to achieve their goals to get into consulting, but it seems a but unnecessary to call out people who went to target schools...
You're not tired of people who went to target schools, you're tired of people who are boastful (and have something legitimate to boast about - it is extremely difficult to get into those schools and also extremely difficult to finance them). But who doesn't get annoyed with braggarts?
It’s amazing to see this thread! The kind of people below need to see this problem post!
There is no reaching them OP
Not always true KPMG5
Non-target here and honestly think that it gives me a leg up on my peers. Knowing how hard I had to work to get here gives me more motivation to make the most of this opportunity
Non target. I see the trend in non target grads being hardworking because we had to hustle to get to where we are. No mommy and daddy to pay off mega debts from going to fancy named schools.
Meeeeee bout to buy a condo in DC at 25 (no debt)
^ get out of there dude. IBM and CBD sucks!
@D1 need more people like you!
Oh hi there
