Program Manager and Client Service Lead are VERY different positions. For a CSL, you’ll be required to present to the leadership on how you plan to grow your market. You might be aligned to an industry or a practice (Financial Services, Healthcare, etc...). That’s the biggest part of the interview process. You’ll likely meet with a few MDs and other leaders to make sure you’re a culture fit.
For the PM role, it’ll be a more standard set of interviews. Culture fit, what you like to do, tell me about the work you’ve done, etc...
What office are you talking to. Someone from that office might be able to shed some more light on the process for you
Is there a website describing the various roles at Slalom, I found one answer in Quora but it does not have all the roles
No website. If you’re interviewing for this role, someone should have explained this to you. CSL is a leadership role. 80% or more of us are consultants. Then you’ve got Principal Consultant (‘manage bigger projects), Solution Principal (like a Consultant but selling a little bit), Practice Lead (run a practice) Client Service Lead (Account Management).
LA is my target now
Thanks SC1
