Damn if you’re getting 130-140k as an associate, than I’m f’ing up as a manager ($150-165k)
There ya go, TC sounds about right...and here I was going to put in my 2 weeks on Friday night and go on an drugs and alcohol bender! Thank you for saving me! 😂🤦🏽♂️
Are you kidding?
Thanks for your comments everyone. Sorry for upsetting anyone, but genuinely curious since I make about 110K right now in LA and I’ve heard Bay Area is just crazy expensive. Like I’ve seen posts where people say they’ve been offered 200K in the Bay vs 160K in Chicago and people would advocate for Chicago.
Since it's an intra-cali move the COL hit won't be as big. Still worth plugging it into a COL calculator and seeing if the TC gets you a lifestyle you can live with.
Of course COL aside, think about if bay career prospects will be good for your next few jobs.
Very much a humble brag, but good on you.
