Read your contract, you might have to pay it back if you don't stay at the firm for a certain period of time. Or that could just be PM, idk.
Nah CH1, that's just for the bonus, there's nothing on the expense reimbursement part that I could see
The Reimbursement for CPA prep and fees gets amortized over your paycheck for I think 2 years. So any of it that hasn't amortized will come out of your final paycheck as you needing to payback to Crowe.
Make sure to submit all your expense reports on time.

No. You do you. But you signed some sort of promissory note of some kind. It depends on how long you've been with the firm. You may have to pay some back if it's less than 2 years I think.
CPA reimbursement policy on InCrowe doesn't have the specifics. Look for the form you signed when you started.
