Depends on what your current weight is right now but I've seen ppl lose a lot of weight while doing a keto diet (results are more drastic immediately the heavier you start off at). But with a keto diet,it's important that you find a more sustainable diet afterwards that is a good balance or else you could gain it all back the minute you stop

5 kg in 20 days is a lot considering it is recommended to cut weight at a rate of 0.5 to 1 kg per week. However, if you must then make sure you are eating high in protein, low in fat and cutting your calories. I would highly recommend tracking what you eat (I use myfitness pal app). I’ve also used Fat Calc’s Calorie Calculator and Macro Calculator (google it) to input my info and it gives me a range of calories and helps me pick macros based on my weight loss goals. Good luck and remember to drink lots of water!

Do you drink coffee? If you do I'd suggest that you add cinnamon to it, as it helps to boost testosterone and speeds metabolism. Also do not use any commercial dairy products. Go plant based. Again with coffee I use an almond or coconut creamer. The with ANY grains go gluten free. Gluten is terrible for weight. They make gf cereals, breads, pasta etc. Eat last meal 2-3 hours before bed. Small tips that will accelerate your weight loss. I don't know if it will be in the time needed

I’m about a month post FET, and after a positive beta I was feeling all of the classic symptoms (like nausea) from like week 5-6. Just here to say I’m so thankful we have this safe space. People who aren’t diagnosed generally have misconceptions about ADHD and its symptoms, and I’m so grateful we have this bowl to seek help, learn from one another, and sometimes just vent!
