I have been faking and slacking for last 2 years. I am not being pushed and challenged at work. Nobody bothers to follow-up on my work. I take my sweet time to do the bare minimum. So I'm winding down a three-month LOA for my mental health and burnout. It took a month to feel semi-normal; new meds, new routines, and therapy. Anyone have a smart scale they like? I just got this Withings scale and it is all over the place with the body fat measurements. A good 8 points higher than the inbody at my gym. Now I have received another offer from a fintech organization in Berlin, Germany who are providing me 69k Euros as base salary + 5k Euros as RSU and also an on call support of 5k Euros annually + complete relocation assistance package. So I had been working as medical interpreter up to the early part of this year.
