I’ve applied to ~15 Chief of Staff or Strategic Ops roles at Series B+ and enterprise companies that match my experience line-for-line. But aside from a couple auto rejections, it’s been crickets.

Are roles like this actually filled through open applications, or are they almost always backchannel?
