I've been working in the psychology field for a while now, and I've got some past experience as a secretary under my belt. I've been really intrigued by the world of community management and I'm eager to dive in. As someone who's always been a bit of a lurker, I absolutely love exploring various forums and soaking up all the interesting discussions. I wanted to reach out and ask for your insights on how I can kickstart my journey into community management. What kind of skill set do you think would help me thrive in this role?

If anyone else is studying, let me know and maybe we can share study materials!

For those who have taken it, are there any cheaper or alternative study materials to any official guides you would recommend? I went this route with the PHR and SHRM-SCP and passed each on the both try, so I wanted to see if that method may be viable here. Any recommended order to take courses in?
