I’ve changed jobs every year for the last 3 years, I am having serious doubts about my new company. Is it bad to start looking at other opportunities? I finally just want to be at a place where I feel somewhat content.

It is not unusual to change roles or jobs every 3-5 years. Continue to grow and stretch!

like

Can you distill what is causing the doubts? Is it possible you need more tenure at a company to gain the “fit” you’re looking for? It’s a lot like relationships in that it’s a two way street. It’s definitely possible you’ve had 3 not great fits. I would encourage you to try and define what the miss is for you so you can be aware of what you don’t want before jumping ship to yet another… but consider whether staying power might help. It’s also possible you’re not giving these companies adequate chance bc you’re only there a year or less

If the last 3 weren’t “the one”, what makes this one? Find one you can see yourself at long term.

Advice on applying to PM jobs with 1yr APM experience?

I’ve been working as an APM at my current company for 1yr, and have basically been doing the work of a full blown PM the entire time. I’ve lead several features from start to finish and made sure to mention in my resume that I have been doing everything a regular PM does. Has anyone ever hired an APM for a PM role or done it yourself? Any tips? Advice?

I am really biased toward people with clinical/in hospital experience because, quite frankly, healthcare is a different beast - lots of hand holding and change management. I don’t want to miss the right person because of my bias, so im wondering how many healthcare related AMs have healthcare/clinical experience… thanks in advance!

One thing we haven’t spoken about are your salary expectations. Could you have a think and let me know early next week as well as your employment status (residency permit)."

What would be the best way to answer this response? Appreciate the help
