Just started a new business and am using the Chase Ink Cash Card. What’s the best way to use the points? Cash back or Pay yourself back? I’m not traveling much at present.

Neither. Save them up, transfer to a Sapphire (or Ink Preferred). Redeem through a transfer partner like Hyatt. Very easy to blow through points, so even if you aren't traveling now, you'll thank yourself later.

Save for travel through transfer partners. Always.

I have a personal Sapphire Preferred Card so that is good to know. Thanks very much.

Transfer to Hyatt - usually the best bet. Feel free to DM if you have questions!

House flip question

Hey all newbie here. My husband and I are living that Double Income No Kid life wanting to (Financial Independence) Retire Early.

Both in tech in the Bay Area. I’m in Arizona visiting family and am thinking of an investment property. Does anyone have a book/course/video that they personally have used and recommend for flipping houses? I want to do some research there’s a lot of content out there.
Thanks a bunch!

I racked up about $20k in credit card debt due to a confluence of things happening at once (move, school expenses , etc ). I have a fair amount of paper assets but not a much free cash. Assets are down a decent amount with the current market cycle and I’d prefer not to sell them to cover the debt , although they easily could. Any suggestions how to handle the credit card debt without racking up tons of ongoing card interest?
