Keto Fish I need help! I’m M 6’4”, 205 lbs, target losing 15 lbs of fat. I have been hitting the gym daily burning 600-800 cal cardio+lifting. I have no idea what my target calorie goal should be?

There is a test that measures your actual resting rate metabolic rate. I was able to do at Deloitte University at Dfit. It confirmed my suspicions that I have very low metabolism.

Are you with Deloitte? If so, check out DU and Dfit on Dnet. DFit is the fitness area. You can also do body fat assessments and nutrition advice. Lots of nice perks.

Any 🐠 here with fibromyalgia that have managed to deal with sudden flare ups impacting timeline of return of deliverables? Yesterday and today have been complete washes due to first, all over body pain and today, added brain fog and extreme fatigue. I can’t think, can barely lift a pinky. Anyone a manager? I’m recently diagnosed (26F) and I can’t help but beat myself up everytime I fall short of my to do list. Makes me feel like a huge disservice to my team. I’ve been trying vitamin D and working out, but it makes my “highs” and “low” SO extreme. The simplest things are so complex in my mind.

If anyone feels similar, how do you manage these feelings? I’m personally considering switching to an individual contributor role, but can’t help but feel like a disappointment if I do.

Got my Peloton and I love it! Great workout....I'm drenched in sweat by the end. Definitely feel like the spin classes are studio quality. If you are on the fence, just get it, you won't regret it!

I see a lot of people who have crippling anxiety here work out to feel better. My crippling anxiety kind of paralysis my legs (or at least feels like it to the point that I can’t even walk). Does anyone have similar symptoms and solution for it?

I’ve hit a plateau on the keto diet (no weight loss in 3 months). So in addition to walking 5 miles a day (been doing this since month 2), on Sunday I started a Beachbody HIIT workout with weights (21 day fix real time). It’s 30 min workout daily and I’m two workouts in and I can barely move. Also, the muscle cramps are for real! Drinking about 80 ounces of water a day and I soaked in an Epsom salt bath last night, any other tips?
