Keto friends. Am at the end of my 3rd week and seem to have plateaued. Any tips?

Stick with it. You aren’t at a plateau or stall unless you are the same for a month or two. On keto, you will lose weight some weeks, and not others. You should also be measuring because sometimes you are losing inches, but not necessarily pounds.

Ummmm get in a daily workout! You’ll drop weight half as fast and look worse if you don’t. Muscle burns more calories that fat when you’re doing nothing at all. And working out makes your body feel good. That’s where you live.

I am exactly the same. 3 w and 10 lbs give or take one day by day. I’m going to take the advice of the above - workout, watch out for sugar (curb my craving for berries) and I’ve done some meal prep this weekend to ensure I’m eating the right things at breakfast and when I get home. Also brought my lunch today - guacamole, baby tomatoes, babybel cheese ...

I was about to post something similar when I saw this. 3 weeks - 10 pounds. Is this “well performing” or “needs focus”? How can I accelerate this?

It’s a marathon, not a race. Slow and steady. Have to remember this ...and not get discouraged by no more lbs falling off. 😢. It’s only been a month though

I'm 22 and planning to take a life insurance. I'm comparing all policies and max life seems attractive as it has good claim settlement ratio and less premiums. But there is no office near our area. My worry is that if there is a need to claim in future, it can be done all online by my nominee? Is it recommended to take policy online in any platform(like policybazaar)?

I started my weight loss journey about three weeks ago and lost 7 pounds thus far but cutting alcohol and removing added sugar and trying to eat healthy and tracking calories. Anyone do fasted cardio with IMF? Do you use a pre workout? If yes, which one?

Feel like I’ve hit a plateau at 18 lbs total over 2 months. I keep it under 20g carbs per day. Have an indulgence maybe every 2 weeks (usually during a work event, gotta have a beer with the ‘bros’)

Started Keto 40 days ago and jut broke the 20lb marker! Averaging 3.3 lbs/week, ~.55/day through keto and IF. Where's everyone else on their journey??
