Stick with it. You aren’t at a plateau or stall unless you are the same for a month or two. On keto, you will lose weight some weeks, and not others. You should also be measuring because sometimes you are losing inches, but not necessarily pounds.
Ummmm get in a daily workout! You’ll drop weight half as fast and look worse if you don’t. Muscle burns more calories that fat when you’re doing nothing at all. And working out makes your body feel good. That’s where you live.

I am exactly the same. 3 w and 10 lbs give or take one day by day. I’m going to take the advice of the above - workout, watch out for sugar (curb my craving for berries) and I’ve done some meal prep this weekend to ensure I’m eating the right things at breakfast and when I get home. Also brought my lunch today - guacamole, baby tomatoes, babybel cheese ...
Continued...I’m at about 1200 cals a day. Not working out routinely so can probably add that. But looking for other ideas too.

I was about to post something similar when I saw this. 3 weeks - 10 pounds. Is this “well performing” or “needs focus”? How can I accelerate this?
It’s a marathon, not a race. Slow and steady. Have to remember this ...and not get discouraged by no more lbs falling off. 😢. It’s only been a month though
