I have joined Infosys 2 weeks back. They have mapped me to a certain project but everyday I am getting calls for the skill sets that don't match to my current skill set. They are telling me to attend client interview and giving me just 1 week of time to prepare for a totally new technology.
Does this commonly happen in Infosys? Infosys

Is it diversity when the minority becomes the majority? 🤔
The less white people the better? What the hell is wrong with you PWC1. MAGA
Dang PwC1 deleted his comment ... what did he say? Lol
Woot for females and multiculturalism!
ATK1/SC1 - its a shame your white privilege blinds you to all your advantages
Kind of sad and simultaneously relieved Pwc’s comment was removed so I’ll never know what was written
D1, that’s still a flawed statement. The minority are still minority individually. Just because they’re not white doesn’t make them all a collective that sums up to a majority. They literally could be of 8 different races or ethnicities so no one is actually then a minority and it’s full inclusion and diversity.
ITT, people trying to use academic definitions of racism and white privilege and failing at making their arguments. You can't go around using the academic context and then ignore all the nuances and take it at face value.
Read the whole damn thing. C5 you're embarrasing yourself. A lot of what you say is true. Racism is both at an individual level (prejudice) and systemic (power) but your logic makes no sense, and your worldview breaks down when faced with simple questions. Not to mention, it doesn't even consider different domains or environments where systemic power isn't so easy to define.
C5 you cant turn everything into a hierarchy of privilege. The world just doesn't work that way. What about jews? Do theu have privelige? What about non-white jews. What about white muslims? What about rich, privileged Hispanics with light skin? My point is that you cant properly define and measure something like privilege, so how can you begin to talk about what is systemic power, thus how can you define racism?
A1- it’s called deductive reasoning. From the post I know the proportion on men to women in the first team, and white to non-white in the second. In both cases, the proportions are not representative of the population, regardless of the other members.
I hate trump btw and never mentioned that I was a white male - nice to see youre self righteousness lead you down the path of stereotypes, which will inevitably lead you down to bigotry
Matthew 23:28 “In the same way, on the outside you appear to people as righteous but on the inside you are full of hypocrisy and wickedness."
@K2, Do you understand even an ounce of why minorities might not trust white people? In history, white people have literally called black people 3/5 of a human being. We’ve quantified human life to be 3/5 of a person just because of their skin color. We’ve denied entry of a specific ethnic group (Chinese people) by law. White people have stolen and colonized native american land and what have we left them with? You want to live in a post racial life where everyone can be colorblind? Why don’t you start by acknowledge the travesties that white people have historically committed
Your honest opinions have really just revealed your inability to empathize with the lived experiences of people who don’t look like you, your denial of privilege, and your reality that you blur the definitions of “prejudice” and “racist”.
This is your logic C5: Minorities can't be racist because white people have the power = Women can't be sexist or sexually assault men because men have the power.
Can we leave politics to Facebook?
Just because a lot of you have been using the word "racism" wrong for years because you never learned what it actually meant OR don't like what it means doesn't change its meaning. C5 is right, even it that's a hard pill for you to swallow. Time to reevaluate your worldviews.
But that's just uniformity with extra steps!
This is really a load of total BS. Just sort of over this nonsense. Move along.
LOL @ taking time out. Chill
I’m a non-white female. Anytime I read diversity problem - I automatically assume they mean that there are too many white males.
But yeah when the minorities become the norm are we starting to play the game against the white males.
You're bringing nothing to the table here except saying that all of your opinions are "proven". I guess I learned something new today. I don't know what racism is. And neither does Merriam Webster. Only C2 does.
Yeah but white people...
