Looking at a new opportunity as a Facility Security Officer/Operations Support. I don’t have the FSO certs and a real foundation of the Industrial/Personnel Security other than managing the folks that did do this type of work. I retired from the military after 29 years with benefits. I spent 29 years doing all aspects of physical security and being on teams and management. How does all this factor into salary negotiations. The pay range is 60-85K. Appreciate any discussion that helps.

I always have faith that everything will make sense, and we will move into a better era. Sometimes it's challenging to maintain that faith, but it's always there.
