Going to have to be way more specific than that…

Agree with SM1, you have to be specific, with your high level question, my answer would be that I can vouch for Accenture and PWC and both have excellent benefits, in my views PWC might be better than Accenture

Work and life balance (though not connected to benefits), Wealth Builder (extra contribution to 401k), other benefits like Gympass, etc.

What are you looking to do, OP? I made the switch from aerospace to PwC, but I was in IT.

I left aerospace after 5 years - coinciding with finishing my part time MBA - and jumped to consulting. At that level you come in as a generalist and learn consulting with all the other new hires. It was a leap of faith to swap careers but I’m very happy I did. At the time I wasn’t sure if my aerospace industry knowledge or my functional experience in engineering would be what i was going to be an expert on but I quickly realized all that past experience just puts you on par with the other new hires. The journey is one of learning on the job. Whether you jump depends on how much you want to stay in aerospace and what your path upwards looks like. For me I looked around and didn’t see anybody whose career I wanted so I jumped

Looking at 401k match, PTO, healthcare, etc benefits.

I got 4 weeks when I got hired. Experienced hire

Hi! Pretty new to this concept, and really early within my career (only 3 months in). Currently on my company’s 401k plan, contributing well beyond the minimum to receive a match, and maxing the amount I can put in right now (25%). Dabbled a bit in options and stocks in general. Any advice, guides, or starting places you would give someone in my shoes? Thank you in advance!

Hi all - I'm on a £100-110k base + bonus at a tier 2 firm. This is in the region where personal allowance for tax starts eroding away..
Wondering what options I have to make this as tax efficient as possible (legally), considering a salary sacrifice pension and student loan.
Also what are you investment recommendations? Stocks and Share ISA? What are the good alternatives?

If I’m contributing to my Roth 401k vs pretax 401k and my employer matches 10% of my contributions. My employer match be 10% on my post tax contributions right? Technically meaning I’ll be getting less of my 10% employer match then if I were to do pretax 401k since that match would be on a higher amount?

Made a career pivot to another agency. During the interview we talked about how it may start as initially a "step backwards" (pay/benefits) but has potential for more long term growth. First day was yesterday. Had no communication about when or where to show up, sat in an empty office for about half an hour before a couple people finally showed. No phone call or email. Sent an email to the founder, no response. I could easily get my old job back if wanted.

What would you do in this situation?

I mean it's possible that I may receive a merit, but I feel like I won't considering my manager never brought it up & the dept update made it sound like those receiving it should know by now.
