My agency has started a RTO push for 2024,and I am going into the office 3 times a week.
My managers aren't coming in at all, they all have home offices in their suburban houses. Every week they show off a new piece of office furniture or new room they set up as a workstation. I am forced to watch from my studio apartment 😭

For those of you in hybrid roles, what two days of the week are best worked from home? TIA

Anyone else finding it very difficult to get any enjoyment out of account management these days? Any coping tips? I feel like being an account person is especially difficult in the COVID era since so much of what we do is manage communications, ensure the team is set up well etc. None of this feels particularly fun alone staring into the void of Zoom all day ... but the same pressure is still there. I feel like I spend every week counting down to the weekend which kinda sucks.
