My EVP is a bully and is very argumentative with pretty much anyone beneath her—creative, project management, everyone. It is her way or the highway. It has worked because she was knowledgeable in the healthcare space. But business is struggling. Not a lot of wins. It is taking its toll and the stress is visible to all. How do I help my team despite this failure in leadership to be held accountable for mental health.

Please help me rationalize through something:
2 kidneys but can only give 1 (potentially):

1) Cousin: 36, mom of 2, lives a fairly healthy lifestyle
2) Dad: 60-65 YO; kidney failure runs in the family, lives an unhealthy lifestyle but this is dad…

What should I be considering in thinking through how to decide? What factors would you think about?

Anyone else finding it very difficult to get any enjoyment out of account management these days? Any coping tips? I feel like being an account person is especially difficult in the COVID era since so much of what we do is manage communications, ensure the team is set up well etc. None of this feels particularly fun alone staring into the void of Zoom all day ... but the same pressure is still there. Throughout my career, I have worked at both “traditional” and “digital” shops. My current agency would fall under traditional but also offers digital services. Our process, roles and skillsets seem way outdated but I wasn’t sure if it was just my opinion or if this is just how it works. For example, we have no CTO or tech leads. Our digital producers feel more like project managers than actual producers. Account Management is just traditional, no real digital knowledge. Feels layered and dated.

I am really biased toward people with clinical/in hospital experience because, quite frankly, healthcare is a different beast - lots of hand holding and change management.
