Yes, you can keep it. You would not be able to contribute to it any further as long as your AGI stays above the threshold.
Back door roth IRA - read about it.
Also Fidelity has several new zero fee index funds AND other index funds that beat Vanguards on expenses. Vanguard gets lots of hype here but other firms have competing products that have the same or better features (lower fees than vanguard, track the same index, less initial investment than vanguard). And the competitors have far superior websites. I continue to be amazed by the cult that surrounds Vanguard as you can do better.
At the end of the day an index fund is an index fund. If the expenses are with one or two percent of a percent, i don’t care if it is fidelity or vanguard etf. I am at fidelity so only use their mutual funds.
Your Ira has nothing to do with your 401k so that is not an issue. You do not need to close the Ira but can’t contribute to it directly. Look into the backdoor Roth if you have no traditional Ira balance.
As far as the 401k, you need to check the old plan documents to see if you can leave the balance there. Many would argue it is easier to roll it to the new one for simplicity. You could also roll into a Ira. However as I mentioned above you may not want to if it is traditional 401k

If you want them consolidated the only option is to roll vanguard 401k into Fidelity 401k. If you’re ok with only keeping current 401j at Fidelity you can possibly leave the vanguard 401k alone (there may be fees) or open a vanguard personal IRA and roll the old vanguard 401k into the IRA.
As long as Roth IRA funds were rollover from 401k or IRA contributions while under the income max you’re fine. No need to close. It continues to grow tax free and you can roll future Roth 401k funds into it if change employers again.
