IEP, 504, and those without internet will return in-person next week while rest of students remain remote. Regular Ed teachers may have students (mild Learning Disabled kiddos) in their room while teaching. They are saying it’s a liability issue if they have one student in the room with them, even though teaching other via Zoom. Thoughts? Anyone else experiencing this?

How many of my fellow black women (or other women with coilier hair textures) find that video calls are a new struggle in this era of wfh? Working in my office used to be my primary source of work outfit inspiration but since working remote staying aware of what styles are in is nearly impossible. I live in a smallish town, so going out doesn't help fill in that awareness gap. Starting a new job virtually next week. I’ve been reading up on others on Fishbowl and one suggestion that makes sense is 15 minute 1:1 with team members. But how do you even go about doing this? Slack them asking for one? Email? Stalk them in Outlook’s scheduler?
