I have received offer from Shell and SAP labs is in final stage salary discussion. Shell is offering 6 lacs more than @SAP labs. I have tried to negotiate a lot from SAP but they are not ready. They are putting conditions like give your full commitment to join then only we'll release offer letter. I am currently looking for work life balance with growth. Should I join @SAP considering its a Product based and good WLB and learning? Teck Stack - Java/Micro-services/cloud YOE - 11yrs

We have the Nuna Rava. It’s served us well for kid 1 and we will now be handing it over to kid 2.
We have Nuna Rava too. Got the Graco Slimfit 3-in-1 convertible for my in-laws, and it also works well.
With a dozen good recs, pick the lowest price and move on
I’m genuinely not picking on you - I was there once too - pick one and move on. The more cup holders it has the better.
Close your eyes and pick. They are honestly all the same
Gonna happen to us soon, let me know what you choose lol
To take the advice from the guy in the store: take the one for double the price with 0.1% better safety rating. Unless of course you don’t care if your child lives or dies.
We’re they all compared head to head in w same way?
We have Nuna rava and Nuna exec and graco deluxe something or other. Graco has not held up well - straps, buckles, etc are difficult and frustrating. Looking inside of both brands, we like that Nuna is full of steel while graco just has one steel bar. Nunas are much easier to take in and out.
Personally we have been disappointed with how graco has held up though.
We have 2 cars and therefore 4 car seats and move them in and out of our cars pretty often. we do house projects where we buy lumber or stone or plants, help friends and family move, have grandma take the kids but can’t trade cars for some reason, etc.
Clek Fllo
Honestly, anything Clek. They’re the only ones that publish their safety test results publicly. That’s a huge confidence boost for me. And they’re truly built like a tank.
We have the Clek Foonf.
Put our 16 month old in Nuna rava 4 months ago. Upgrade for sure from the nuna we had when a newborn.
This is what we used got us through both kids. I’m sure there is an updated version
