Need sound advise!

I am a student from a tier 1 b school in EU, holding a FT offer from RB middle east after successful internship. I also have interviews lined from all 3 MBBs.

Before masters, I did 3 years of entrepreneurial venture which led to a successful 6 fig exit.

However, after last internship, I felt consulting is not going to help me in enhancing my entrepreneurial toolkit (as was projected earlier)

Would it be a poor decision if I choose to leave consulting?

So I had been working as medical interpreter up to the early part of this year. Today, during an interview, the Director with whom I was interviewing genuinely urged me to consider pursuing a career as a PA or even attempt to go to medical school. I had considered it in passing before but today was about the third or fourth time that someone had earnestly nudged me in that direction. Has anyone here made such a career pivot before? I love working in healthcare, there’s nothing like it.

I've become really jaded about consulting. I find all so often you need to tell the client what they want to hear to keep their business and I feel like so much of the what I recommend doesn't actually get implemented. I'm looking to make a career switch so I can both create and execute on my strategies. A product management path seems very promising for this.
