Is anyone working from TCS coimbatore location?
It has been 2+ weeks since I completed the Interview & Psychometric Assessment rounds with Macquarie Group , but yet to hear anything from them. I also followed up with HR but with no response. For the record, the interview went well. Any idea if they usually take this amount of time to get back? If I got rejected, why not communicate directly?
Will the market drop tomorrow?

I don’t know what “dirty” keto is but the math is simple... 20g of net carbs is all you get, and eating too much protein can cause blood sugar to spike.
Dirty keto is just not being strict. Strict keto cuts out a ton of stuff other than just carbs and sugar (inflammatories like soy). Dirty allows some of that and takes an “if it fits your macros” perspective.
Keto itself was not designed for weight loss - it is focused on eliminating inflammation. Dirty keto stays within the keto macros, but allows some of those inflammatories.
And then you have low carb, which allows more carbs than keto.
You can still loses weight on all of them.
I did strict keto first and lost the most weight on that, and have switched to a more dirty keto/low carb style in the past few months. Weight loss is slower, but that is fine with me as I feel slower is more sustainable. Still losing 4-6lbs per month.
The best diet is the one you can stick to and see results. If you like what you’re eating and losing weight, then sounds like you’re golden. Once you plateau you’ll need to adjust.
Dirty keto just means not tracking calories and macros. You can lose weight on dirty keto but at the end of the day it all comes down to a calorie defecit. Do you have a solid understanding of how much you're truly eating? A lot of people eat a shit ton of fatty foods and dairy on keto thinking they'll magically lose weight when in fact they're eating way too many calories.
Dirty keto, as in not counting carbs with razor precision? As long as you have a good eye for portion sizes and net carbs, sure.
But, hope those quesadillas have some meat ... if you’re eating “a lot” of them, you’re probably not hitting your protein macro. And generally speaking, those tortillas are around 5g carbs which can be a lot to spend for little nutritional value. Fine to eat, I’d just be careful about making it a diet staple.
There isn’t a specific amount of carbs, traditional keto diets generally average 20-30g of net carbs...for more active people there are cyclical keto diets that spike carbs every 3-4 days for more intense workouts...as with everything it’s about finding the right amount that you can maintain
One person might be able to keep it at 20 g and the next might need 40g...do what is best for your body
Ahh, i see! My dirty i mean more so of eating alot of cheeses and other foods and not alot of fresh veggies!
I generally have one for dinner for the past week with some protein on the side like chicken or an egg. Do you think it’s still sustainable and will yield in positive weight loss results? I have been sticking to generally 20G of netcarbs a day and have been able to fit those low carb wraps into my meals.
