Orthopedic surgeon recommendations in the loop? I have arthritis in my neck and DDD(according to x-ray). I’m in excruciating pain every single day, can’t sleep and sitting at work is miserable. I’ve tried EVERYTHING(chiropractor, acupuncture, voltaren, PT). I want to get an MRI, second opinion and established with a new Doctor asap.

Facing problems with working memory and long term memory while you did good previously. Any supplements/ therapy for memory retention and increasing listening absorbing skills?

I know that feedback culture is part and parcel of consulting, and I feel it is contributing to my anxiety and depression. At the same time, i enjoy the problem solving aspects and don’t want to do a career change.

First day of 30mg vyvanse today. Had a rush of energy and hyperfocus (too much so) about 2-4 hours in, but had a complete crash 5hrs after taking the pill (just a wave of fatigue, felt very good after a quick 15min nap actually) and not sure if it had any effect after. Is this normal? Should I stick it out for a few days or is this a big sign that I’m not on the right meds/dose? Nervous to keep trialling this during the workday since a midday crash is not ideal. Appreciate any advice!
