Would like to know specifically about Queer inclusion at SocGen Societe Generale. What is the attitude of mangers and HRs towards treating LGBTQ identifying candidates? I have 7.3 YOE and my Tech Stark is SAP UI5/ Fiori Developer.

Diversity for its own sake doesn't work..entry level hires are cheap and easy to show more women...the real difficulty is keeping VP level women and providing support groups to keep them going through the tough years of marriage, kids etc...that's where the attrition happens
Haven't heard good things about RBC to begin with... have a friend whose boyfriend gets worked like a dog there. Absurd hours, teammates suck, has gained at least 15 lbs and always looks tired. May be the team but would not recommend

Can confirm JPM1, RBC is brutal, although I feel some groups have it easier than others.
And I can also confirm that they are serious about gender diversity. We're looking to replace someone; however, we're passing on a very solid and recommended internal candidate because we "need more diversity" eg (women or non-Asian/white). It's reverse discrimination at its finest.
Never understood the whole equality platform. People don't give a shit about equality at the end of the day, just their own interest. If the opposite were true, capitalism would've failed a long time ago.
Not trying to undermine, but really trying to find what concrete steps can be taken to ensure "equality"
