Yep. For a company who prides themselves on shooting practical and typically eliminating legal lines, they screwed this up by putting it there. It is a distraction at the worst time. I’m with OP for the rest of time on this.

This works. The Up music works, the look and feel and the product placement works. It a good ad for the holidays. Coal black hearts aside.
“Misunderstood” is still my favorite Apple holiday spot but this one was still pretty good. I think the cinematography and storytelling could’ve been tweaked to be stronger but overall i felt it was a very warm holiday spot.
