Hi guys :) Glad to join fishbowl and this community. Guys I have an offer of 14.41 ctc from a big 4 (11 is fixed).
Technology-Microsoft Dynamics 365(I am a functional consultant in SCM and HR; Relevant exp: 3 yrs & Total exp: 4 yrs).
My interviews in IBM are done and I am waiting for the salary discussion with HR.
What is the likely offer that I am going to get? Any idea? (My expectation is 16.5 lpa ctc). I will adjust my expectations as per replies here.
Any response is highly appreciated :)

I also prefer enterprise (and thus big shops), but it is much easier to start out with mid-market, because you will have more direct impact, and higher-level client relationships, as well as just more clients/more end-to-end project cycles. Then in 3 years, your client counterparts will get promoted, or move on to bigger and better opportunities, and want to work with you again, at your new firm/higher level position.
Starting from the bottom at enterprise and trying to advance is a combination of politics and waiting for attrition. And if you're stuck on a failing program, you'll have to start over again, anyway.
This is effectively a post-mortem about why I feel like I have had some successes that other peers haven't, because I don't think I'm any smarter than anyone else, and I didn't in any way map out the way my career journey has gone.

I’ve worked at large and small, and have enjoyed both tremendously. I prefer large firms at this stage of my career because I only want to work on complex enterprise programs.
