Received an offer from Accenture Strategy for >130k base. Is it possible to negotiate the salary? Currently 3.5YOE

Principal Consultant (CyberSec) at IR/Advisory firm with no degree and 10 yrs experience. Comp - $142k w/$28k bonus and $60k stock vested over 4 yrs. Would I be foolish to look elsewhere w/o a degree?

Outside of FAANG, what are good large CA-based tech companies that provide good pay, WLB, and culture? DD has great people and WLB, but pay is low and you’re not given the tools and resources to succeed + truly make an impact. Google and Apple are ideal but need backups. Like is Salesforce still good? A company along those lines.

I’ve done some soul searching of late and established I’d love to be offered a FTE role in my current company. Amid this crisis, are companies including other big 3, MBB, FAANG, boutique consulting firms still giving high raises and issue stocks? Can you share the impact from your firm?

STARTUP FOUNDERS and FAANG: would you rather hire MBB with 3-4 years of exp or Tier 2 with 5-6 years? If you could isolate those variables and everything else held constant.
