Recruiter reached out about a non tech program manager L5 position at Amazon. Comp is 100k base + 20 k to 25 add ons. Dont know the exact breakdown of rsu / signing payments in that 20 to 25 bucket. Does this seem low? It is non tech so I'm not sure what to expect.
