Hi Fishes, I'm in a huge dilemma now. Im currently working with TCS and my CCTC is 10.29 LPA and I hold 2 offers, one with with Bank of America for 17.5 LPA Fixed and with CTS for 19 LPA.
My last date is Dec-30 and I received a call today from TCS HR for retaining me for 16 LPA max.
Earlier,before the call I had Bank of america in mind ahead of CTS for its work culture ,hike %, job security and other benefits. But here in TCS also I have very good role, job security and comfort.Please suggest!!

My remit quadrupled+ in a recent re-org with no increase in pay/promotion, my new director is new to the company and was zero help, and I was passed over for recent promotion during the comp cycle. The new director essentially began shutting me down any time I ask for clarity in my career progression. I received an offer for a big 4 in risk, which I signed early in September, but just now received another offer in TAS from a different firm. What can I do outside the office to boost my resume and be a substantially more attractive candidate for top consulting firms in ~12 months time. Working in disputes and valuation role but want to go into management consulting next year (post MBA role). I feel like my job isn’t enough because skills aren’t considered as transferable outside this field.

Thinking about going through the interview process at Accenture for a Consultant - Data Scientist. I have 9 yoe and I am currently a Senior Consultant Data Scientist at Deloitte making $113k. The Accenture recruiter said the most she could get for me, if all goes well is $145k and a Manager level is not on the table/no openings. The compensation growth is nice but I’m hesitant I’d be shooting my self in the foot with title/level. Is this something I should pursue? Any advice?
