should i do my CIA or CISA

Do you want to be an internal auditor or IT auditor is what it really should come down to.

Or CISA because it’s a joke.

like

Why do you think that CISA is a joke? Is it easier to pass than the CIA?

If you think you want to be in IT compliance/governance/audit CISA is a better option. CIA is better for those who want to be business process internal auditors

like

While CIA is focused on Internal Audit the governance, risk management, internal control, business process risk identification, assertions, and audit procedures it covers are applicable to all IT assurance, audit support and broader risk consulting activities. It touches IT but it isn’t the main focus. If that is what you are interested in I recommend CIA over CISA. It’s more comprehensive and provides a better foundation for your understanding.

CIA, chicks dig secret agents.

So, a recruiter gave me feedback that my lack SPHR or SHRM-SCP is causing my resume to be knock out by AI and human recruiters despite my position and work history in Multinationals and being in Technology. They suggested that we put SPHR ( Lapsed). I let it lapse in 2017. What is your opinion? Plus if I were to take another certification - should I take SPHR or SHRM-SCP?

As the CSC exam costs above 1000 CAD, I wanted to be sure if I need it before investing behind it.

Hi everybody! 😊
I've been working as a Junior Analog Design Engineer for a year and half.

Should I wait and build up a few more years of experience before accepting a Senior role or should I jump in and work to fill the gap?
Next year, there will be an important deadline for the project I'm working on and my resignation could be critical for the team, how would you deal with it?

Hi there- I have a couple questions I’d love some insight on. What is a typical salary range for an associate dir or dir of learning & dev in NYC?

I just graduated with my PsyD in school psych & several years experience in education, clinical psych & also as an admin/EA at a marketing firm HQ but am planning on interviewing for learning & dev roles. Total burnout in education and mental health fields. Could this be an obtainable entry point level/role given my career snapshot above? Thanks!

Just received 2 offers that I’m weighing, both in Advertising tech:
1. Smaller firm about to be acquired by a larger one, Product Marketing role (title would be Sr. PMM)
2. FAANG, Sales Account Manager role (similar to my current role)
I have 5-6 YOE and have been in an Account Management role for most of my career - is it worth making the switch to PMM at a smaller firm or sticking with what I know at a FAANG? Both would have relatively similar comp. Thanks in advance for your input!

I resigned Epam Anywhere last week because I am on bench since 2.5 month , package in EPAM Anywhere was 32.40 lpa fixed .

Two offers:

Mastercard- 308000(including 2.80lakhs variable)

I am really confused between these two companies, I heard WLB is very good in Mastercard, but again their salary difference is too much.

Kindly suggest its Urgent.
