How badly do you need the job? I would say stick to Accenture if you can until you’re laid off (if you are that is). However if that’s not an option say you’re on a visa or can’t afford to be jobless for a few months, then go ahead and move jobs if you already have the offer.
Leave. Your life will be so much better. pay cut will be temporary, trajectory is still upwards. For what it’s worth my career coach told me 90% of consultants he coaches (before manager) take a slight pay cut when they leave even to tech but that they make it up with equity and raises fairly quickly
Current comp and new role?
If you really can’t stand Accenture then sure, but I think you’re lowballing yourself. People don’t normally leave consulting to take a pay cut. I echo Deloitte, unless you’re for sure getting laid off it might be worth staying
Ride it out, cowboy!
