Shower thought on Big four salary disparity: US-based strategy senior could earn $150k-$200K (think EYP, S& seniors and Strategy MBA hires) while a senior outside US only earns somewhere between $30k and $50k USD depending on local currency. that’s a staggering 4x - 5x difference.

I have a pretty good idea that I’m being undervalued & underpaid. Anyone willing to share base salaries for account manager/account executive/sales lead for food/CPG industry? Any companies considering inflation raises or have already committed to increasing annual merit to match inflation? If so, willing to share % raise?

Which offer should I accept? Currently staff 2 at big 4 in Tax with CPA license. I want to leave tax ASAP. Both are public companies +1B in revenue and same salary. Offer 1 - staff revenue accountant so reading contracts, speaking with the sales team and legal team, a lot of work at the end of the months to close books and reconcile transactions to make sure we are ASC 606 compliant. This track usually leads to director of revenue. Offer 2 - internal audit staff so SOX and compliance projects.

What are the best MBA programs for OD/HCM/change mgmt? I have decided to pursue an MBA rather than a masters in IO psych, but wondering if any b-schools are particularly known for good programs in this area (similar to how Kellogg is known for marketing, etc).

I asked for a raise in April 2022 after three years with my company. Positive feedback since day one. Learned I was making less than peers at other asset managers in NYC with less experience (14 years). Latest conversation was with HR about how they calculate salaries. Can we still negotiate with company A Or B to get top up from X+3 to make a clear decision to choose over one other.

I received an offer for a big 4 in risk, which I signed early in September, but just now received another offer in TAS from a different firm. While I much prefer the big 4 firm, I do not want to work in risk anymore. Would a big 4 be willing to change groups? Have you heard of anyone able to do this?
