So I recently received an offer letter with lots of $$$. But it seems like it’s going to be long hours type of job that might affect my mental health. (Lack of work life balance)
I have a final interview with another agency on Monday, and I really want that role. After the interview I want to reach out to the recruiter and let them know about the recent offer and to see if they are willing to match it. I’ve never done this before, how should I go about it? Any advice would be helpful.
